Common questions
What's included in a racing simulator hire package?+
Complete packages include professional-grade simulators, frames, setup and calibration, on-site technical support, timing systems and collection service. We provide everything needed for immediate operation, including backup equipment and experienced operators if required.
How much space is required?+
Each racing simulator requires a footprint of approximately 2x2 metres, which includes clearance for safe and comfortable use. For multiple simulators, we also account for queuing, spectator space and event flow. During pre-event planning, our team will work closely with your venue to ensure ideal placement and an optimised layout.
Can you accommodate different skill levels?+
Absolutely. Our systems can be configured for different difficulty levels, from newcomer-friendly assists to full professional settings. Our onsite operators can also help participants find appropriate settings and provide guidance to maximise their experience, regardless of racing experience.
How quickly do you set up and pack down?+
We have refined our logistics for efficiency and minimal disruption. Each simulator typically takes 30 to 60 minutes to fully set up, including calibration. Our experienced team liaises with your venue beforehand to coordinate access and power. Breakdown is equally swift, meaning there are no delays or mess to clean up. You get a professional experience from start to finish.
Can the simulators be branded to our campaign?+
Absolutely. Our racing simulators, leaderboards and even in-game liveries can be branded. Your logo lives at the centre of the experience, not on a banner behind it, ensuring maximum visibility in photos, videos and live content.
How many people can participate per hour?+
A single simulator can comfortably run 15 to 25 drivers per hour, depending on format. Multi-rig setups dramatically increase throughput and enable head-to-head racing, timed challenges or knockout tournaments, perfect for crowd-driven activations.
