    D Force 1 Motion | CircuitOne

The D Force 1 brings full 4-axis motion to your existing rig. Four independent actuators deliver pitch, roll and heave, driven by integrated lead screw servo motors. Built from aviation aluminium alloy and mounted to standard 8020 profile, it installs with eight screws and disappears into the chassis you already race on.

    Product Features
    • 4-axis motion system: four independent actuators delivering pitch, roll and heave
    • 180kg lift capacity per axis: handles a full cockpit, direct drive base, hydraulic pedals and driver without compromise
    • Low-inertia lead screw servo drive: ultra-low latency actuation for responsive, authentic feedback
    • Aviation aluminium alloy construction: lightweight, rigid, built for long-term use
    • 50mm stroke, 150mm/s max velocity: across a 0 to 100Hz frequency range
    • Compact LINK control box: space-saving controller that tucks under or behind your rig
    • Standard 8020 profile mounting: bolts to 8020 aluminium profile with M8 x 20mm screws, no adapter plates and no drilling. Mount hidden on the profile or place standalone.
    • One cable per axis: a single cable runs back to the LINK box, no polarity and no loom
    • Eight-screw install: complete 4-axis setup in an afternoon
    • Telemetry data supported: direct telemetry integration for accurate motion cueing
    • Telemetry-linked lighting: onboard LEDs signal ABS activation, traction control, flag states and per-gear RPM lights, all configurable
    • Circuit Manager software: free Windows application for tuning, presets, telemetry configuration and over-the-air firmware updates
    • Power rating: 200W per axis, 110V to 220V input range
    • PC connection: USB plus power
    • Operating temperature: 0°C to 40°C
    • Per-actuator dimensions: 139.7 x 95 x 257mm, 3.55kg weight

    FAQ

Both terms are correct, they measure different things. The D Force 1 uses four independent actuators, which is why CircuitOne calls it a four-axis system. Those four actuators work together to produce three axes of movement: pitch, roll and heave. The fourth actuator adds load capacity and stability rather than a fourth movement.

The D Force 1 runs on Circuit Manager, CircuitOne's own Windows application. It's a free download and handles motion tuning, presets, telemetry configuration, RPM lights and over-the-air firmware updates in one place. A Windows PC is required.

Console support is not currently available. The D Force 1 requires a Windows PC running Circuit Manager. CircuitOne have confirmed to us that PS5 UDP telemetry support is planned, though no release date has been set.

If your rig is built on standard 8020 aluminium profile, almost certainly. Each actuator is 139.7 x 95 x 257mm and weighs 3.55kg, small enough for rigs that can't take a conventional motion unit. The four actuators bolt on with M8 x 20mm screws using the included base cup mounts, and the LINK box mounts with M4 x 14mm screws. The complete install takes eight screws. Send us photos of your rig and we'll confirm it for you.

Yes. The D Force 1 lifts up to 180kg per axis, which is enough to carry a full cockpit, direct drive wheelbase, hydraulic pedals, and driver without compromise.

Onboard LEDs link directly to your telemetry feed. You can map ABS activation, traction control state, and yellow, red and blue flag signals to their own colours and flash patterns, plus build per-gear RPM thresholds. Multiple triggers can be layered with priority rules you set. Everything is configured in Circuit Manager, and the lighting can be switched off entirely.
